DCF outputs are highly sensitive to assumptions and are not investment advice. Small changes in growth, discount rate, or terminal value can change the result dramatically. Figures in $M assume FCF, debt, cash, and shares are entered in the same units.

Understanding the data

What this data means — and how to use it

Garbage in, garbage out

A DCF is only as good as its inputs. Growth, discount rate, and terminal value drive the result — and small changes compound. Use ranges and sensitivity, not a single point estimate.

Two terminal-value methods

Gordon growth assumes cash flows grow forever at a steady rate (requires discount rate > growth). Exit multiple applies a multiple to the final-year cash flow. They can give very different answers.

Margin of safety

Even a careful estimate is uncertain. A margin of safety is the discount you require below intrinsic value before considering a position — a buffer against being wrong.

Sourcing & method

Optional starting figures come from Financial Modeling Prep and may be delayed or revised. Enterprise value is bridged to equity by subtracting net debt (total debt − cash). For research only.
